Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

Orders are not processed Saturday, Sundays or bank holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option and destination.

United Kingdom

Free Shipping: Orders over £55 qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping (2 - 5 days): £5.50
Next Day Shipping option is Royal Mail Track 24 and is £6.99

All UK orders are fulfilled via Royal Mail.

European Shipping
We ship to various European countries. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated by at checkout.

For orders under €150, we use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) VAT scheme to simplify the VAT process.
All orders are sent by UPS.
