How long until I see results on my skin?

Most people start seeing changes within 4-8 weeks of daily use - less puffiness first, then clarity, then radiance. The biggest results show at the 90-day mark, when Chaga has been working on inflammation from the inside. The slow build is the point - quick fixes don't fix the system.

Will Chaga work for cystic acne or hormonal breakouts?

Many of our customers (including our founder Roxy) report Chaga has been the first thing that calmed cystic acne and hormonal breakouts that creams and antibiotics couldn't fix. Chaga works on the gut-skin axis and on inflammation underneath the skin - the system, not the surface. Slow build, daily use.

Will Chaga help with perimenopause and hormonal changes?

We can't make medical claims, but many of our perimenopausal customers report Chaga has helped with the skin, gut, and inflammation issues that come with hormonal change. Chaga's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action supports the body through hormonal shifts. Many of our customers stack Chaga with Reishi for broader nervous-system and hormonal balance.

Why is your Chaga wild-harvested?

Real Chaga can't be cultivated the way the other mushrooms can. It grows slowly on birch trees in Arctic conditions - the slow growth and harsh environment are what concentrate ergothioneine, melanin and betulinic acid at high levels. Cultivated Chaga grown on grain in weeks doesn't develop the same compound profile. Wild-harvested isn't a marketing claim - it's the only way to get real Chaga.

How much do I take?

Two pipettes daily. Drop into your morning coffee, matcha, smoothie, water, or evening tea. Or straight under the tongue.

Can I take Chaga with prescription medication?

Chaga is generally well-tolerated, but we recommend checking with your doctor before combining with prescription medication - particularly blood thinners, immunosuppressants, or diabetes medication. Chaga supports immune function, which can interact with immunosuppressive drugs. Superoom isn't a replacement for medical care.

Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

We recommend pausing Superoom during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before resuming or starting.
