How Much?

Take two full pipettes (1000mg of fruiting body), adjusting based on your preferences.

With What?

I was honestly sceptical, but The Wild Life Collection is the real deal. Within a week I noticed sharper focus (especially from Lion's Mane), deeper sleep (Reishi is no joke), and a subtle, sustained energy lift without the usual caffeine crash. It's now a non-negotiable part of my daily stack.

Superoom has been a total game-changer for me - particularly with my sleep. I used to sleep 4-6 hours a night (and 6 hours on holiday), and now I'm getting 8-8.5 hours and 2.5+ in REM. Also love cordyceps just before the gym, chaga for my skin/immunity after a night out, and lions mane for focus.

It's also just so easy to fit into my lifestyle given they're pipettes that are tasteless in drinks (e.g. lions mane and cordyceps in my morning coffee, and reishi and chaga in my evening glass of water before bed). I can really feel the difference, and much more so than other powders on the market.
