HOW TO USE

How Much?

Take two full pipettes (1000mg of fruiting body) or four half pipettes depending on pipette uptake.

With What?

Superoom mushroom formulas can be added to your favourite beverage, hot or cold, or taken directly under the tongue for faster absorption and effect.

When?

To boost sleep, take Reishi just before bed or at any time of day to help manage stress and overwhelm.
Take Cordyceps any time you are in need of an energy boost.
To boost productivity, take Lion's Mane an hour before work begins.
Take Chaga any time of day.

When Will I Feel It?

Reishi and Cordyceps within the hour. When taken daily, Lion's Mane within the month and Chaga within the month.

How Often?

For best results, take Superoom daily, but due to the strength of the concentration, we recommend taking a one-week break after every three months of continuous use.

Can I Combine Mushroom Formulas?

Mix and match our formulas for even greater benefits. They all share complementary compounds such as Polysaccharides, Beta-glucans, and Antioxidants, which boost the immune system, enhance energy levels and protect your cells from the effects of stress. Just don't mix Cordyceps (energy) and Reishi (sleep) together!
