HOW TO USE

How Much?

Take two full pipettes (1000mg of fruiting body) or four half pipettes depending on pipette uptake.

With What?

Superoom mushroom formulas can be added to your favourite beverage, hot or cold, or taken directly under the tongue for faster absorption and effect.

When?

To boost sleep, take Reishi just before bed or take any time of day to help deal with stress and overwhelm.
Take Chaga any time of day.

When Will I Feel It?

Reishi should be felt within the hour. When taken daily, Chaga should be felt/noticed within the month.

How Often?

For best results, take Superoom daily, but due to the strength of the concentration, we recommend taking a one-week break after every three months of continuous use.

Can I Combine Mushroom Formulas?
